Installed 4 ton Carrier R-410A condenser. Placed condenser on new leveled pad. Installed air handler in upflow position with heat kit. Built and installed new wooden platform the the air handler to sit on. Installed new supply plenum box and attached existing flex duct. Sealed all connections and gaps with mastic. Rebuilt primary drain line, cleared and tested operation. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Installed Honeywell T6 thermostat. Tested heating and cooling operation. Everything is working at completion of service.
Springtime AC System Tune-Up: As part of a thorough seasonal maintenance service, I conducted a detailed AC tune-up. This included checking for refrigerant leaks, cleaning the evaporator coil, straightening coil fins, clearing condensate drains, and tightening all electrical connections. These proactive measures optimized cooling performance and ensured long-term system reliability.
HVAC Repairs: A client was experiencing inconsistent temperature regulation in their home. After diagnosing the issue, I recalibrated the thermostat to provide accurate readings and more precise climate control. This adjustment improved overall comfort and energy efficiency.
HVAC Electrical Repairs: A homeowner reported that their AC system would intermittently shut off. I diagnosed and corrected loose electrical contact points, ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation. The system is now functioning reliably without unexpected shutdowns.
I performed the heater tune-up on a Guardian straight electric heating system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. I also replaced the filter for the customer. I did find that the blower wheel is dirty. No other major issues were found.
Heat check completed on a horizontal gas system. During the check I found that the static pressure in system is slightly above the manufacture rating at .6 inches of water column. I also found the inducer draft motor is pulling more amps than it should. I did let the homeowner know and we have decided to monitor it for now. No other major issues found.
AC System Repair: During an off-season inspection, a client’s AC system was found to have a refrigerant line kink, reducing cooling efficiency. We repaired the damaged line and optimized the system’s refrigerant charge. This proactive tune-up ensures the system will operate effectively when needed.

I installed a backup generator with automatic transfer switches, ensuring a smooth transition to backup power during outages, providing the homeowner with peace of mind.
AC Unit Replacement: In response to the homeowner’s request for a more energy-efficient cooling solution, I replaced their outdated AC system with a modern Rheem central air unit. This upgrade provides improved performance, lower energy consumption, and greater comfort for the household year-round.
AC Repairs: Responding to a client's service call for an inoperable air conditioning system, I identified a malfunctioning compressor as the root cause of the cooling failure. I replaced the compressor, restoring proper refrigerant circulation and ensuring the system operated at peak performance.
Single system cooling tune-up completed on a two-year-old horizontal gas system. The indoor unit is clean. The drain line has been cleared and treated, and the float switch is operational. The outdoor unit coils were cleaned. The refrigerant charge is within range, and all electrical is within manufacture specs. No major issues found.
